efore I left the reception area, Ms. Joanna Svehlova, the duty manager came to personally welcome and thank me for staying in their hotel. She told me I could call her in case I would need help and she also gave me her business card. I was really impressed to be given such a personal welcome by a duty manager since it was the first time it happened to me as a diamond member and which I really appreciated a lot.
Stack up your Hilton Honors Points Faster
From Jan, 2018, The Diamonds will be earning more redeemable points for each stay, also the ability to earn milestone bonuses; Gold members are getting 5 more point per dollar spent, still yet positive. On the other hand, fewer redeemable points for Silver and base members, but they can again get some bites from rollover nights and gift status.

Arriving in my room, I couldn’t ask for more: the bed was very comfortable, the room had free wifi, and the bathroom had my favorite bath amenities from Peter Thomas Roth.

The Executive Lounge also had an impressive food and drinks offering both during the evening cocktails and the breakfast buffet. The staffs were also extremely friendly and helpful.
Afternoon tea from 15:00-17:00 normally offers drinks, cakes and/or sandwiches, usually salmon and ham/cheese although I was not able to visit the lounge during this time.

There is also a swimming pool and sauna located on the Mezzanine level which I was able to enjoy in the evening.
The part I was most thankful for was when I got back to my room after my city tour and found a welcome gift comprising of a box of Czech wafers and a stuffed toy plus a card signed by the hotel manager. The wafers were very good while the stuffed toy now belongs to my “Airline and Hotel Collection.” I was just so happy I stayed in this hotel as it truly made my first visit to Prague memorable. To all the staff of Hilton Prague specially to Zuzan and Ms. Svehlova, “Děkuji”!
