I was welcomed as a Diamond member and was informed that we were given an upgrade to their executive room on the highest floor which is located just above the executive lounge floor.
King Executive Suite – Best Hotel in Munich
The room we got was beautiful and modern with a nice sofa, work desk, a separate bathtub and walk-in shower, and the view of the park was lovely.
Complimentary Room Upgrade
As a Hilton Honors’ Diamond status member, you are eligible for enquiring whether there is a room available for you to get an upgrade. Depending on the availability, the hotel might upgrade you to an executive suite!

The fitness room is at -1 Level and opens 24 hours; pool & sauna opens from 7am to 10pm.
The hotel’s location may not be close to the Old Town but from the hotel, you can take public buses easily. Of course, the vast English Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel waiting for you to explore 😉 The staff were all nice and friendly. Overall, we loved our stay in this hotel and would gladly stay here again when we are back in Munich.
