The staffs were so friendly and professional and our room was so beautiful complete with all the things we needed including complimentary wifi connection. The food from the breakfast buffet was just excellent and the pasta (from their room service) was perfect too.And lastly, the pool and the private beach was perfect I could just stay in the water the whole day if only I wouldn’t get sunburn. After our first night, we asked Mohamad, one of the receptionists for a possibility of a late check out since our flight to Doha was not until 11 pm and we were granted check out until 4 pm which was really impressive. The deposit of 200 rials(about 520 USD) asked upon check in was a bit high but it was also released the day after our check out which is one of the fastest we have experienced. If you are planning to visit Muscat and would need a hotel to stay at, there is no better place than the Al Bustan Palace!
